Visa Information
Authors and attendees outside EU are advised to arrange their Visas the soonest possible.
When requesting for a visa or invitation letter, please provide the below pieces of information:
- Full name, Job title, Department, Job address, Home address
- Title of the paper, Paper number which is supplied by edas
- Passport number, Date of issue and date of expiry, Citizenship

Accommodation
Τhe conference will be held physically in Rhodes. In case, some presenters will not be allowed to travel due to their institution's or their country's travel restrictions online presentations will be allowed.
